Project Overview: Monthly Virtual learnings sessions where experts share knowledge and insight on the latest trends in optics and photonics technologies.
Project Scope: Branding & Identity Design, Web & Digital Design, Motion Graphics & Multimedia Assets Photography/Art Direction, Advertising Campaign (social, paid, web)
Project Role: Lead Art Director: Led the design team in developing each webinar's brand and visual identity and provided creative direction for all marketing assets. Created digital banners, social media ads, and email campaign asset promotions. Worked closely with copywriters, photographers, and project managers to align the creative vision with business objectives.
Process & Approach: Concept development, branding and consistency, design of all assets (promotional banners, social media ads, email templates, and webinar platform elements - backgrounds and interactive elements), Multimedia elements, User experience, and post-webinar Follow-up. Throughout the process, feedback loops with stakeholders ensure that the creative direction aligns with both the company's goals and the audience's expectations.
